A 38-year industry veteran Rusty was named one of three of Country Radio's Greatest Programmers of the 20th Century.  He has been a strategist and mentor for over 500 radio station since beginning RWPC in 1983.  His style revolutionized Country Radio and continues to do so today.

Over 35 years experience from on-air to PD to Manager to Owner gives Scott the skills to help you.  After successfully launching Y100 in San Antonio Scott joined the RWPC staff in 1996 and has been guiding stations in all size markets in developing strategic plans and improve ratings and revenue.

JJ Jobe, VP
                           JJJobe@aol.com
JJ has an extensive background in programming and management.  He started his career on-air in 1973 and with his family owned two radio stations for  26 years.  He joined RWPC in 1989 as a consultant specializing in small and medium markets.  In addition, JJ teaches audio production at the local community college.
